After reading the All-Star information sheet, please complete and return this form to the respective regular season coach, or league president by the requested date.

SECTION 3 – PLAYER / PARENT AGREEMENT

-I understand that being interested in, and eligible for All-Stars, previous selection to an All-Star team, and the completion of this form; does not guarantee selection for any All-Star team. 

-If selected, I will positively represent the community by displaying good sportsmanship and always being respectful towards umpires, coaches, teammates, fans, equipment, and the opposing team. 

-If selected, I promise to always put forth my best effort.

-If selected, I commit to attending all scheduled practices and games on time (unless granted excused absences by the coaches).

-I understand All-Star families are expected to cover shifts at the snack bar during tournaments.

-I understand that no players are entitled to a specific amount of playing time and/or specific positions. 

-I understand within Little League mandatory / minimum play guidelines, it is possible for any player(s) to regularly receive only one at bat per game, and no time in the field. 

-I understand playing time and lineups, are at the discretion of the selected coaches.
